*Must meet all requirements to be approved for an Instant Issue Card order. Must have had an account with 1st National Bank for 12 months or longer. Must have sufficient funds in account to cover the cost of ordering the card. A fee of $10.00 will be charged to your account for a compromised card, $20.00 to pick up your card at the Lebanon banking center, $25.00 to have card delivered to a banking center near you, and $35.00 for delivery to your location and cardholder must be present to sign for the card. Delivery times may vary depending on time of day the order was placed. Instant Issue Card service may be unavailable from time to time. Contact your banking center for more information.
