Responsibilities:
- Performing Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify current and potential risks affecting the organization’s operations and objectives.
- Identify, Quantify, Manage, and Report Risks: Take a proactive approach to identify, quantify, and manage risks in alignment with the Bank’s governance framework and policy guidelines.
- Contribute to Governance Framework: Play a pivotal role in adhering to and enhancing the Bank’s governance framework by ensuring comprehensive risk management practices are in place.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to policy guidelines while managing and reporting risks, maintaining regulatory compliance at all times.
- Strategic Risk Management: Implement strategic risk management initiatives to mitigate potential threats and capitalize on opportunities for organizational growth and stability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with others across departments to integrate risk management practices into operational processes effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including flow charts, tables, graphs, conditional formatting, formulas, and functions
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Effective planning and organizational abilities
- Understanding of broader business issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
Compensation:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
