EVP Commercial Lending & Credit Officer


Essential Functions:

  • Manage a team of Commercial Lenders and Administrative Staff by providing assignment of job duties, training, and determining incentives
  • Generate business and originate loans while managing personal portfolio
  • Create and maintain reports for FHLB, SBA, OCC, Company Board, and Portfolios
  • Prepare and determine construction draws, participations, and interest rates/fees
  • Serve as Loan Committee Chair and Collections Committee Chair
  • Write and maintain policies for Lending and Quality Control to ensure compliance
  • Complete Loan Forms, Booking, and File Maintenance
  • Perform lending tasks for the life of a loan including underwriting, approvals, documenting, and closing loans
  • Administrate pre and post-closing quality control review of loans
  • Review investor quality tracking and error resolution
  • Participate in annual Commercial Loan and MPP Loan reviews and reporting
  • Manage FHBL Collateral Audits and other external loan & loan processing audits
  • Track and report all problem loans and loans in collections
  • Community Involvement such as being involved with Rotary and PSU

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another related field
  • 5 years of Commercial Lending
  • Experience with Credit Analysis and Reporting
  • LaserPro, AccuSystems, Dunn & Bradstreet, Factual Data, SAM.gov, Data Verify, CREtelligent, Tyler Analytics, Simplifile, Legal Entity Identifier, Bankers Healthcare Group
  • Fair Lending Practices and Compliance

Education and Experience:
  •  Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • Fair Housing Regulations: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Loan Origination: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
  • NMLS (Required)
