Job Summary:

Join our team as a Loan Processor, where you’ll be instrumental in processing loan applications by
verifying applicant information and ensuring compliance with lending standards. Collaborate with loan
officers and clients to gather required documentation, addressing inquiries along the way. This role

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify applicant information on loan applications
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary documentation
• Address inquiries and provide assistance throughout the loan processing cycle
• Evaluate and analyze credit reports, income statements, and other financial documents Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan files
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to loan processing
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in loan applications
• Stay informed about changes in lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business, or related field is a
  plus
• Minimum of 1 year of loan processing experience
• Knowledge of various loan products, including FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with loan processing systems such as LP (Loan Prospector), GUS (Guaranteed
• Underwriting System), and DO (Desktop Originator)

Compensation:

$45,000-$50,000
