“I’ve been a customer since I was a teenager and have kept my account just in case. I had a recent interaction that made me really appreciate the customer service at this location. I needed a cashier’s check right before they closed, and the teller I spoke to was able to set it up over the phone, and had everything ready for me with 5 min to spare. I really appreciate the kindness that both associates on duty showed me that evening. They were friendly and personable, and reminded me of why I kept an account with my hometown bank.”
