If you’ve already created your Make A Payment account, simply log in to access your loan and make a payment.
First-time users will have to register their account. Follow the prompts in the portal to complete your registration.
Before making your first payment, you’ll need to create an account in our payment portal. Have your loan information and borrower information available before getting started.
When adding an account for an ACH payment, you may be asked to verify the account through a secure account verification service.

Creating a passkey is optional. If you do not want to create one, you can skip that step and continue through the standard bank account verification process.
Your Make A Payment login is separate from your 1st National Bank Online Banking login or non-SWIVEL Pay logins.
The Make A Payment portal is provided through SWIVEL Pay, a third-party payment service.
There is no convenience fee for making a payment through the Make A Payment portal.
