Congratulations go out to Bob Harlow who was promoted to President of 1st National Bank on February 8, 2012.  Bob previously served as Executive Vice President and Cashier since June, 2000.  Jillora Summers will continue her position as Chief Executive Officer and lead counsel for the Bank.
