       Checking Plus is an optional line of credit extended to your
       checking account.  It acts as an instant loan for protection against
       overdrafts by advancing into your account your approved credit
       line in $50 increments.  The interest you are charged is
       determined by current market conditions.  The loan balance is
       repaid by an automatic monthly deduction from your checking
       account of 5% of the current balance with a minimum payment
       of $20.  Checking Plus is free for the first year and is $25 per year
